GLOW INTO THE CITY On alternating Saturday nights a GLOW team goes into the city to engage clubbers in conversation and offer free bottles of water! The GLOW team is easy to spot. We wear the black hoodies with the GLOW logo! We love to have the opportunity to talk with you about life and how it relates to Jesus! Last night, I went to see Invictus, the 2009 film directed by Clint Eastwood, starring Morgan Freeman and Matt Damon. The film centers around the life of Nelson Mandela after the fall of apartheid in South Africa. During his term as president, he envisioned that the 1995 Rugby World Cup to be held in SA, could be the platform to unite his nation if the South African team could win it all!
